About the Gongkwon Yusul rank certificates (1st - 4th Dan)

The Gongkwon Yusul rank certificates and instructor certificates are made from Hanji, a traditional Korean paper.

Hanji is made from the bark of the mulberry tree and has been used in Korea for centuries. It is known for its exceptional durability—historically, it can last for hundreds to over a thousand years without easily decaying.
